Veken Group can be traced back to the He-Feng Yarn Factory established in 1905, representing Ningbo's earliest modern textile industry.
As a result of the restructuring of the state-owned enterprise - Ningbo Textile Group, Veken Group was officially established in 1998 and has evolved into a diversified comprehensive high-tech manufacturing platform. At the same time, the brother company Veken Technology (stock code: 600152), established in 1998, is a new energy lithium-ion battery company focused on R&D, manufacturing and sales of new energy products. Leveraging the textile background and financial platform of the group, as well as the support from the brother new energy company, Veken Industry has a strong industrial chain backing to expand its foreign trade business.
